enot.es are a secure, electronic delivery solution for documents that would normally be sent to you in the mail. They are secure, private and you get notified about them through your phone or email.

enot.es are being sent by more and more companies to provide a simple and environmentally-friendly way to communicate with their customers.

The level of security needed for each letter is determined by the sender. Some will simply be a link from your notification that will display the letter. Others may ask you to complete some partially obscured information to prove who you are. For the most secure documents, you may be asked to authenticate using your account details for that organisation, or use your Google, Microsoft or Apple ID.

Whatever the level of security, it'll be made clear to you what type of information you'll need to provide.
